Peter
Jones has released version 0.6.0 of clo++, an libxml2-based utility which, given an XML
file containing a description of a program and its options,
can (1) generate C++ code to parse the program's command
line and (2) generate a man page for the program. [download site]
Complete how-to and reference documentation and examples
are available online and in the clo++ distribution. Bug reports
and enhancement requests should be e-mailed to <clo++@pmade.org>.
clo++ is free
software, released under the BSD license. The current
source code is browsable at the clo++ website. [changelog]
Note that clo++ makes
use of Isaac Foraker's open-source LibTPT template system.
