The W3C has released new draft of Document Object Model (DOM) Level 3 Abstract Schemas and Load and Save Specification and Document Object Model (DOM) Level 3 Core Specification.

Changes to the Core document appear to be minimal, updating references and adding a small amount of information about the createDocument method of DOMImplementation.

The Abstract Schemas/Load and Save draft has a slightly shortened abstract, a somewhat different structure, and new lists of open issues (1 2).
