O'Reilly publish Python/XML book

Python & XML, by Christopher A. Jones and Fred L. Drake, Jr. has been published by O'Reilly and Associates.

The book introduces XML in brief, then goes on to cover Python libraries for processing SAX, DOM, XPath and XSLT.

The book also covers Web services, and general Internet libraries for Python

Christopher A. Jones has a strong background in the use of XML as a transport mechanism for application data.

Fred L. Drake, Jr. is a member of PythonLabs, and thus one of the core maintainers of Python. He is also a core developer on the PyXML project, and expat.
