David Megginson's Java-based RDF processor, RDF-Filter, has been moved to Sourceforge.

Megginson writes:

The site currently contains the old Java-based RDF-Filter 1.0alpha release from 2000-03-13 for download, together with a CVS repository that will soon incorporate updates and enhancements. Users should send bug reports, feature requests, or patches through the SourceForge tracking systems to ensure that they're addressed.

RDF-Filter is a stream based RDF processor layered on top of SAX.
