Dave Pawson and Sebastian Rahtz have announced XSLT-UK 01, taking place on the 8th and 9th of April in Oxford, England. The conference focuses on XSLT, XPath and XSL.

Speakers include well-respected members of the XSLT community, including David Carlisle, Ken Holman, Tom Kaiser, Michael Kay, Steve Muench, Arved Sandstrom, and Jeni Tennison. Holman will be conducting a two-day course on XSLT immediately prior to the conference.

The conference programme, aimed at implementors, developers and users, will cover an XSLT overview, XSLT design patterns, middleware, example applications, and an introduction to XSL-FO. Proposals are sought for conference sessions, and outlines covering topic and length should be submitted by November 20 to Pawson or Rahtz.

Pawson writes that costs are yet to be finalized, but should be no more than US$450, including overnight accommodation and meals.
