Bill LaForge of JXML announced the release of Quick 1.4, a Java tool for mapping objects to XML documents and back again.

The largest changes in Quick involve exposing more internals to developers, and the addition of Mark Wutka's DTD Parser 1.1. These changes, and the creation of the Quick Wizard, should make it easier for developers to get started with Quick.

Quick is available for download under a BSD-style open source license.
