• Murata Makoto has announced an update to the XML media types Internet Draft.

  The main change is in the suffix for XML subtypes, changing from |xml to +xml. Comments from feedback on the previous draft have also been addressed.

• The SML-DEV group has issued a revision of their Common XML document. Changes include recommendations about the use of absolute URIs in Namespace declarations, and also about whitespace usage.
