Simon St. Laurent announced a
XHTML mailing list at eGroups targeted for
"Webmasters, software developers, and anyone who might be interested in XHTML"
Presented by the W3C as a re-casting of HTML 4.0 in
XML, XHTML is the convergence between 2 worlds,
a "largely uncharted" meeting point between document oriented XMLers and presentation centric HTMLers.
As always, the mixing of 2 different cultures is opening new opportunities and also new dangers:
"I'm hoping that this list can bring together people from both the HTML and
XML communities and shed some light on what XHTML has to offer to both groups."
