Thanks to the sterling efforts of Norm Walsh, the complete XML-DEV archives are up and running.

The new archives appear to contain the entire contents of XML-DEV from its birth at Imperial College. To prove it, here's the first ever message.

Now the list response times are back to a reasonable level and the archives are organized in a sensible manner, XML-DEV can get back to business.
