Dean Jackson has announced a new release of the CSIRO SVG Toolkit, sporting an impressive feature set and supporting the SVG 20000303 DTD.

Written in Java, the SVG toolkit includes the following features:

• support for SVG DTD 20000303 (including exchange and stylable SVG)
• a CSS2 parser
• SVG DOM support
• utilitities to convert SVG to other formats
• pattern fills, faster radial gradients, increased style support
