RELAX validation in Java
13:25, 10 Apr 2000 UTC | Simon St.Laurent

K.Kawaguchi of of Swift, Inc. has released an Apache-licensed Java-based validating processor for the RELAX schema language.

The Web-based documentation explains how to use the RELAX Verifier for Java from the command line to test documents against RELAX descriptions. A brief inspoection of the JAR file suggests that the verifier also supports SAX and DOM.

Information on the Verifier is also available in Japanese.

Steps 7 and 8 of the main How To RELAX tutorial, describing more sophisticated uses of elementRule, hedgeRule, tag, and attList, have also been translated into English recently, leaving only Step 9 Japanese-only.
