A new draft of the XML Processing Description Language has been released; XML.com has an article describing applicability of XML to bank transactions.

• XPDL is a language which solves the related-resource discovery problem (see this article), by providing a way to associate documentation, schema, style and other information with an XML document.

• XML.com, in addition to running the banking article, is also undertaking a reorganization of its content, starting with its resource guide.
