XML Encryption moves to Last Call

The W3C have released Last Call Working Drafts of the three documents as part of their XML Encryption Activity.

The comment period for the drafts closes on the 9 November 2001. Comments should be submitted to the editors Joseph Reagle and Donald Eastlake, and CC'd to the xml-encryption list.
