The W3C have released Last Call Working Drafts of the three documents as part of their XML Encryption Activity.

• XML Encryption Syntax and Processing
• Decryption Transform for XML Signature

The comment period for the drafts closes on the 9 November 2001. Comments should be submitted to the editors Joseph Reagle and Donald Eastlake, and CC'd to the xml-encryption list.
