Jasc Software have released pre-release 4 of WebDraw, an SVG authoring tool, which replaces their Trajectory Pro software.

Features include an source editing facility to allow text-based editing of SVG files, visual editing of SVG filters, as well as enhancements to various program features such as the select tool and gridlines.

This latest version supports the November 2 Candidate Recommendation of SVG 1.0. Downloads of the preview releases are free of charge.
